Terms and Conditions

The RidgeCorp Terms and Conditions

The RidgeCorp provides brokerage services, allowing users to trade stocks, ETFs, options and cryptocurrencies. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. It is important to read these terms carefully, as they outline your rights and responsibilities, including compliance with regulations and financial laws.

Account Registration and Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and meet all necessary regulatory requirements, including providing valid government-issued identification. The RidgeCorp reserves the right to verify user identity through various means, such as background checks and credit reports. Failure to provide accurate information may lead to account suspension or termination.

Brokerage Services

The RidgeCorp provides commission-free trading for stocks, ETFs and options while acting as an introducing broker. Trade execution is handled by third-party clearinghouses, and market data is provided for informational purposes only, which may not always be real-time or entirely accurate. Trade execution depends on market conditions, order types and share availability.

The RidgeCorp has the right to reject, cancel or modify orders for regulatory or technical reasons, and users acknowledge that market fluctuations can impact trade execution. The RidgeCorp is not responsible for any slippage or delays in trading.

Order Execution and Trading Rules

Trades are executed based on market conditions, order type and availability of shares. The RidgeCorp may reject or cancel orders due to compliance concerns or system issues. Users acknowledge the risk of market fluctuations affecting trade execution.

Fees and Charges

While The RidgeCorp offers commission-free trading, other fees may apply, including:

  • SEC and FINRA regulatory fees
  • Margin account interest
  • Subscription fees for The RidgeCorp Gold (premium features like margin trading and research reports)
  • ACH return and wire transfer fees

Margin Trading

The RidgeCorp Gold subscribers have access to margin trading, allowing them to borrow funds. Users must meet minimum equity requirements and understand the risk of margin calls. The RidgeCorp has the right to liquidate positions if equity requirements are not maintained.

Cryptocurrency Trading

Cryptocurrency trading is available through The RidgeCorp Crypto platform, where users can buy, sell, and hold digital assets. However, crypto assets are not covered by SIPC or FDIC insurance, and The RidgeCorp does not guarantee protection against hacking, theft, or market fluctuations.

Account Security and Fraud Prevention

Users must create strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to secure their accounts. The RidgeCorp may suspend or terminate accounts if fraudulent or suspicious activities are detected. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and must promptly report unauthorized activity.

Privacy Policy

The RidgeCorp collects personal data, including trading history and financial transactions, to enhance services and comply with regulatory requirements. User data may be shared with affiliates and trusted third-party service providers but is never sold to external entities.

Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

By using The RidgeCorp, users agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than litigation. Arbitration waives the right to class-action lawsuits, and all arbitrator decisions are legally binding and final. The arbitration process follows applicable financial regulations.

Risk Disclosure

Investing in securities and cryptocurrencies involves significant risk, including market volatility and the potential loss of capital. The RidgeCorp does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice, and users should conduct their own research before making investment decisions.

Termination of Services

The RidgeCorp reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to accounts at its discretion. Users may close their accounts, but any outstanding fees or obligations must be settled before termination. The RidgeCorp may retain user data for legal and regulatory purposes even after account closure.

Amendments and Updates

These terms and conditions may be updated periodically, and continued use of The RidgeCorp’s services constitutes acceptance of any modifications. Users are encouraged to review these policies regularly to stay informed.

By using The RidgeCorp’s services, you acknowledge and accept these terms, ensuring responsible and informed participation in financial markets.
